Kent Music groups to perform in Sevenoaks
The C Flats and Fascination,two of Kent Music’s after school music groups, will take centre stage at Bligh’s Meadows as the Christmas lights are turned on, on Friday 30th November at 6pm. This annual event has grown in recent years and last year was watched by an estimated 7000 people.
The C Flats started rehearsing with their new band leader, Cheryl-Hooker Blake, a year ago.
Band members range from 10 to 18years old and their repertoire spans 5 decades from Dave Brubeck to Coldplay with a sprinkling of Harry Potter magic.
Fascination are three female members from a large Sevenoaks rock group led by Paul Malsom. The singer/songwiters, two on acoustic guitars and one on keyboard, will be playing and singing two Christmas favourites and their very own seasonal composition.
