How to pay your invoice
If you have received an invoice from us, there are various ways that you can pay.
- Online Payments: Please Pay online here
- Bank Transfer: you can pay your invoice by bank transfer to:
- Account name: Kent Music
- Account number: 79395015
- Sort code: 60-60-08
- You must quote your account number and invoice number in the Reference.
- Standing Order: Contact our team on customerservices@kent-music.com to ask about setting up an instalment plan, to spread payments across the year.
Schools
Schools wishing to make a payment can do so by BACS or by cheque, as above. Please always quote your account number and invoice number. Get in touch with us if you have any questions.

I am having trouble logging into my SpeedAdmin account to pay my bill. What should I do?
You can find the link to your SpeedAdmin account on your invoice email. If this doesn’t work, then contact customerservices@kent-music.com your password can be reset.
My circumstances have changed and I’m having difficulty paying my invoice.
Check whether you may qualify for Financial Assistance scheme. If you do, then please follow the guidance to submit an application.
If you don’t qualify but feel that you have a strong case for support, then contact us at customerservices@kent-music.com to ask about discretionary bursaries.
We can help spread the cost of your bill with an instalment plan, which can be set up by contacting customerservices@kent-music.com. This isn’t a direct debit arrangement, however, so you will need to set up a standing order with your bank.
There are other ways to reduce costs. For example, you could consider:
- Changing the length of your lesson
- Changing from an individual to a group lesson
It’s important that you let us know as soon as possible if you are struggling to pay your invoice to avoid debt accumulating. We’ll do all we can to help! Please contact us at customerservices@kent-music.com to discuss your options.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
Unfortunately, we no longer take payments over the phone, as this method does not offer a sufficiently high level of security.
My child’s teacher missed some lessons. Will I be refunded?
We always try to reschedule cancelled lessons before the end of the school year, so that your child doesn’t miss out. If this is not possible, then your account will be credited at the end of the summer term with the cost of the cancelled lessons. If you are staying with Kent Music, this will count towards your next invoice but if you are leaving us, we will refund your credit, on request.
