We are thrilled to announce that Kent Music has been successful in our bid to become the Lead Organisation for the new Kent & Medway Music Hub, as part of an ambitious national programme to provide high-quality music education for all children and young people.

In the music world, there’s a huge spectrum of instruments at your fingertips just waiting to be played. But for those with physical disabilities, accessing these instrumental options can be a challenge.

Are you ready to dive into the world of music and fun? Kent Music Summer School (KMSS) is back for another exciting summer, and we’re here to share just some of the things which make our summer school so special.

Project 33, "Distant Worlds," took place in February 2024 and encouraged participants to explore space-themed music.

Do you wish you had high-quality, engaging music lessons already prepared for the whole school?   Are you keen to introduce ukulele but not sure where to start?  Need fresh ideas for your assemblies or songs for your developing choir?  Luckily, we can help – along with our new partner programme Sing Up.

In October 2023, Orchestra ONE's Project 32, "Underwater Worlds," took participants on an immersive musical journey exploring oceanic themes.

We were thrilled in September 2023 when Theo Oakley, an 11-year-old student at our music lab in Folkestone, won the Remarkable Achievement Award at the prestigious Wards Childrens Awards. Theo, born blind due to Norrie Disease, was recognised for his exceptional skills in music.
