Viola , Violin
Heather studied with the violinist Amina Lucchesi and the renowned viola player Bernard Shore and went on to gain a music degree from the Royal Northern College of Music as a violinist. This was swiftly followed by a few years of freelance playing, teaching and classroom teaching,
having gained a PGCE from Bretton Hall. Heather is currently working as a peripatetic violin/viola teacher for Kent Music and continues to play regularly as an orchestral player, undertaking a wide variety of work with quartets, orchestras, choral societies and shows. In her spare time Heather also 'fiddles' for a North-West Clog Dancing Side and more recently for a Border Morris Side.
