We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you—Kent Music has a brand-new look! After months of planning, designing, and consulting with our community, our newly revamped website is now live, and we’re excited to launch into the new year with it!
A Website Designed for You
Our new website is designed to be easier to navigate and more engaging for everyone. Whether you’re a parent or carer, a young musician, a teacher, or part of a school, this new platform has been shaped with you in mind. We’ve worked closely with parents, carers, students, teachers, schools, and our own staff to ensure the site accommodates everyone’s needs while providing a fun and exciting experience
Some of the exciting new features include:
- Simplified Lesson booking: Finding and applying for music lessons is now easier than ever. We’ve integrated our online lessons portal SpeedAdmin right into the website, so you can explore what lessons are available at schools and Music Centres without leaving our site. See our shiny new tool here.
- Tailored Pages: Explore pages designed specifically for parents/carers, learners, and schools. Each section provides relevant information and guidance to help you navigate the musical opportunities we offer with your needs and priorities in mind.
- Instrument Guides: Not sure which instrument is right for you or your child? Our new pages introduce you to different instrument families— what each can offer and the music-making possibilities they bring, as well as lessons, groups and courses you can enjoy. A New Brand for a New Era
Our fresh new look doesn’t stop at the website. After over 15 years with our iconic “K” logo, we’re updating our brand to reflect the modern, inclusive, and creative spirit of Kent Music today.
The new circles and soundwave motif highlight our dynamic approach to music education, as part of one music community across Kent & Medway. You’ll notice updated branding for County Groups, Summer School, Orchestra ONE and Music Centres too.
We’re incredibly proud of our heritage, but this new design marks an exciting new chapter.
What’s Next?
While we’re excited for you to explore our new site, please bear with us as we continue to refine and update certain areas. There may be a few small snags, but rest assured we’re working hard to ensure everything runs smoothly.
