Angela Littlefield

Angela Littlefield teaches piano, voice, and recorder, and has been a peripatetic teacher for over 25 years. She joined the Kent Music team in September 2019. Angela tailors lessons to support each student, and is happy to support them in whatever type of music they choose to learn. She likes to demystify the world of music notation and sight reading, and is keen to encourage students to learn a wide variety of different styles.

Angela began performing on the recorder, trumpet, piano and ’cello at a very young age, and has been singing for as long as she can remember! She studied music at King’s College, London and Trinity Laban, London, going on to work as a freelance singer and musician. She performs in cathedrals and concert halls both in the UK and abroad, and has been involved in a number of commercial recordings. As both a choral singer and soloist Angela continues to perform a wide range of music, from the Renaissance to the present day.
