My name is Claire Kirkpatrick and I am a passionate violin and piano / keyboard teacher with twenty five years of experience inspiring students through the power of music.
I hold a degree in Music, post graduate performance diploma ( RNCM ) and a PGCE in specialist strings teaching. I am also Dalcroze, Kodaly and Suzuki trained.
My teaching style varies from pupil to pupil, depending on what you need to get from your musical journey. I am always looking to learn more , and often attend CPD and music networks and conferences.
Outside my teaching work I still perform professionally. I also enjoying going to watch lots of different ensembles and bands.
