In May 2024, Orchestra ONE’s 34th project, “Funfair,” brought together over 30 young musicians at Highworth School in Ashford. Over four days, the participants worked together to create a funfair-inspired soundscape. The project culminated in a lively performance that captured the spirit of a funfair and some very catchy tunes.
The young musicians explored various musical ideas and techniques, producing an original piece that blended traditional and contemporary elements. The final performance was a joyful celebration of creativity and collaboration, showcasing the dedication and talent of the participants.
