Kent Youth Wind Orchestra member

It’s my passion. I’ve played music since I was 6 or 7 years old. KYWO among other music associations that I’m a part of have really helped me develop as a musician.

It’s just great to be able to relate to something. After a long day at school, after a hard day, you can always just go and listen to music, play music. There are so many other people out there that play music too and you can all relate to the same thing.

Kent Youth Wind Orchestra member

Playing music has not just affected my life; it basically is my life at this point. I study it at uni and it’s what I want to do in the future. So music has literally shaped who I am.
